Strategically planning busy locations

Retail real estate is dependent on the people that visit it, so location is a key ingredient of any shopping centre's success. We consider every factor that contributes to guiding streams of visitors to the shopping centres and achieving optimal footfall. In doing so, a great deal of importance is attached to the interplay between the centre and its urban surroundings. Pathways, roads and architecture are carefully coordinated with one another and optimal use is made of the urban layout and transport connections.

The mix of businesses within the shopping centre is also strategically planned in order to attract and guide passers-by. We at CONCEPTA do everything in our power to achieve high footfall which is not only good for the business of the centre's own tenants, but also for that of the surrounding retailers.

I think that the modern ambience has been linked and integrated in the historic old quarter very well. Thanks to the symbiosis between existing retailers in Hattingen town centre and the Reschop Carré, there is once again a wide range of shopping options for young and old alike.
