Commercial premises, department stores and shopping centres for redevelopment

Search profile Search profile To develop urban commercial premises for mixed use schemes, CONCEPTA is looking to acquire existing buildings throughout Germany which fulfil the following criteria:
  • Towns or cities with more than 100,000 residents
  • Prime locations in a pedestrian zone
  • Option to join up with neighbouring buildings advantageous
  • Short-term rental agreements or unoccupied buildings
  • No buildings that are purely commercial premises or residential properties

We are also interested in department store sites and shopping centres with redevelopment potential, as long as they are situated in a town or city with more than 30,000 residents.

To enable us to carry out a quick check, the following documentation is helpful, but it need not necessarily be provided at the initial point of contact:

  • Layout of the plot
  • Current land register records
  • As-built drawings of the building (ground plan, sections, views)
  • List of the ongoing rental agreements with details of the rental space, rental costs, indexing, agreement term and any option rights
  • Photographs
  • Asking price

The Reschop-Carré is a milestone in the development of Hattingen town centre. Only by establishing a trusting working relationship and engaging in open dialogue at all times was it possible to overcome the difficult basic framework together. The result is worth a trip to Hattingen.
